Our Parish
Parish Mission Statement
We, the diverse, rural community of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, value our service-oriented heritage and believe in the power of God's saving love.
We will continue to build the kingdom of God in Ashe County by seeking a better understanding of the Scripture and our Catholic faith and then spreading the Good News to all those with a willing heart and eager mind.
We seek to become a unified Eucharistic community through our devotion and reverence to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the sacraments which bind us together in worship and service to one another.
